The U.S. Departments of Education and Justice (USED and DOJ) released a new resource for students and families: Confronting COVID-19-Related Harassment in Schools.

 

This fact sheet is available in multiple languages and will be a valuable addition to our toolkit as we work together to counter racism and ensure equity and equal opportunity for all. We want to be sure students and families are aware of their rights in school settings and of how to access help, if needed, including from USED and the DOJ.
