Golf for Kids Tournament — June 1, 2017

Studies have shown that there are many benefits to playing golf: improved heart health, weight loss, stress reduction and more … but maybe you need another reason, maybe you want to know that enjoying a beautiful day on a gorgeous course would benefit others. Well, Golf for Kids is your tournament. By playing in Ädelbrook’s Golf for Kids Tournament on Thursday, June 1, 2017, at the Robert Trent Jones Course at Lyman Orchards Golf Club in Middlefield, CT, you are helping children and young adults, right here in Connecticut, receive life-improving services.

Our tournament, which has run for 22 years, continues to get better each year. Lyman’s does a great job with hot breakfast sandwiches for you to enjoy after registration and a beverage cart that comes around while you play. After you’ve finished your round you get to come back under the tent and enjoy a one hour open bar and a delicious buffet lunch. As if that’s not enough, there are great auction items to bid on and prizes to win, and then you leave with a free apple pie.

So to recap, for $180 ($675 for a foursome by May 8) you get to enjoy 18 holes of golf with a cart (and a full belly), chances to win amazing prizes, and you know that you are helping the children and young adults served by Ädelbrook lead better more productive lives.
