Frank came to us with ASD, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Severe ID, and multiple medical complications. He had experienced multiple hospitalizations for high levels of aggression and self-injury. Mom did not feel safe, and didn’t feel she could keep him safe.
After spending months in a hospital, Frank moved into our on-campus residential treatment program and attended the Ädelbrook Academy Cromwell. Through data-driven individualized treatment, we were able to decrease Frank’s negative behaviors. He had better access to community, his physical activity increased, allowing for better overall health and weight loss.
Now Frank lives in one of our community group homes, has graduated from our Ädelbrook Academy Cromwell, and currently attends a community day program, where he continues to thrive.
